around $20 to $30.

financial report was unanimously approved.

4.          COMMITTEE REPORTS

    A.        E-Week - Linda Bachmeier: Linda was not in attendance.  There was nothing to report except
that the proclamation signing will not happen until January because of the transition in the governor’s office.
Linda is also working on the insurance for the banquet.  ACEC asked if there will be enough booth space for
them.

Layton Construction committed to co-sponsor the banquet.  Mike Sears is the contact person.
Sarah needs to get their artwork.  Jeff Watkins will be going over there, so he can talk with Mr.
            Sears.

Big D contacted Lenard Barney about possible sponsorship.  It would be great if they would do
it next year.  It would be possible to have a Journal sponsor; however, back and inside covers
are already sold.  There might be another way to work that.
