- 2020 Engineer of the Year: Tait Ketchum, Dunn & Associates
- 2020 Engineering Educator of the Year: Dr. Doug Hunsaker, Assistant Professor at Utah State University
- 2020 Fresh Faced of Engineering Award: Justin Wettstein, Northrup Grumman.
- 2020 MESA Teacher of the Year Award: Mark Jasumback, Skyline High School MESA Advisor
